INQUIRY FOR BOOKING

When sending your inquiry,  please make sure to include a phone number. We contact all guests by phone prior to booking. We want to make sure our home is a good fit for all. Also note that our maximum occupancy for guests is 8 (Including children) and of the 8, please note that the maximum in adults is 4. Our home is only 1200' and is truly only a good size only for 1 or 2 families. We also have fire marshal rules regarding the amount of guests allowed in a home.

Guest's Pets Not Welcome / No Smoking (In Home or on Balcony per HOA policy)

 

We are a weekly Sat to Sat rental with check in at 4:00 pm est  and check out 10:00 am est.

A $400.00 Security Deposit is Required
